About your location and home fruit trees.

Before posting questions or comments about growing fruit trees, please consider entering your home state abbreviation and USDA hardiness zone in your signature line or the location field in your profile, both of which automatically appear in your posts. The hardiness zone map is here.

Example format: CA 9a. If you can't quite tell which zone you're in, indicate you're near both (e.g. CA 8b/9a).

To edit your signature line or location, log in, click on UserCP (CP for control panel) on the yellow navigation bar. For location, go to Your Profile, Edit Details. Edit Signature is under Settings and Options.

While you're at your control panel, please also consider entering into your profile some information about your home fruit trees: go to Edit Details and scroll to the bottom of the page.
